2. Cryptocurrency Payments

We use Card2Crypto to process cryptocurrency payments. Crypto transactions are irreversible, but we issue refunds in equivalent USD value at the current market rate. Processing may take 3-5 business days.

3. Refund Eligibility

• ✓Application not processed within the stated timeframe
• ✓Duplicate payment made in error
• ✓Application cancelled before processing begins
• ✓Technical error resulting in overcharge

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• ✗Visa rejection by the embassy (we process but don't guarantee approval)
• ✗Incomplete or inaccurate information provided
• ✗Application already submitted to embassy
• ✗Change of mind after application processing has started

5. How to Request a Refund
